½¿É«µ¼º½ is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive the growth of an innovative neurology product. The successful candidate will focus on building key customer relationships and implementing commercial and training initiatives with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer-specific strategies.
• Define and manage key accounts, presenting at business reviews.
• Conduct territory and turnover analyses; strategically manage key accounts.
• Organize and manage events, congresses, and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and support new users of BoNT therapy.
• Implement commercial initiatives to train new users.
• Analyse market trends and customer interactions for new opportunities.
• Organize training programs for product use.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Marketing, and other teams.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and promote best practices.
• Manage budgets, resources, and training efficiently.
• Document activities in CRM systems and report to sales and marketing teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in neurology.
• Proven market development success.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of account-based sales and commercial excellence.
• Analytical, strategic, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in German with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Veeva or Power BI.
