½¿É«µ¼º½ is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Assistant to join our client's team in Utrecht. This part-time role focuses on supporting administrative tasks within the biotechnology sector, with potential for full-time extension. Your main responsibilities will include managing SAP purchase orders, handling document processing, and coordinating meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase orders using SAP.
• Track invoices and follow up on payments.
• Assist with quarterly budget reporting.
• Upload and maintain legal documents in Veeva Vault.
• Ensure timely updates from Subject Matter Experts.
• Manage calendars and assist in scheduling meetings.
• Prepare materials for CMC-related and cross-functional meetings.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring follow-ups on action items.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar document management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Background in life sciences, food, or agriculture is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
