Parent FAQs
"My student has a dining complaint they told me about, what do I do?"
Please encourage your student to reach out to dining themselves. With direct feedback from the student involved, we are able to ask specific questions about location, timing, description, etc. that will help us effectively look into the issue or resolve it. We have a variety of ways to receive feedback - email dining@loyola.edu, send us a DM on Instagram, ask to speak to a manager or supervisor on duty, fill out a comment card or give us a call.
"My student has an allergen and questions about their food or options, what should they do?"
We have a designated manager on campus who will meet with students about their specific dietary needs. They are happy to provide an on-site review in dining locations about our options and protocols. Please have your student reach out and connect.
"My student complains about the variety of the food, what does the variety on campus look like?"
We have 10 different locations on campus with different types of options. We have 5 week cycle menus in Boulder, Iggy's and Boulder 2.0 so menus have different options for five weeks until it repeats. Our menus are posted online to view different meal periods and days in advance.
"What fun is happening in dining?"
We spend time during summer building a robust marketing and engagement dining calendar full of fun, food and education each month. Our events are posted for the week on Instagram on Sundays.
"How do I check my student's meal plan balance?"
Your student has to give you access to their account. If not, they can check their balance on Inside ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø's "" link or on the Transact App. We don't have access to meal plan data. If you need to load more meal points, block swipes or evergreen dollars for your student you can find more info on our Meal plan FAQ page linked below.
