Do I have to complete all of the modules in one sitting?

No. You may take the course in multiple sittings. However, please make sure that you click on the 鈥渘ext鈥 button after completing a section and before logging out of the program. If you do not progress to the next section before logging out, you will have to repeat the previous section.

I am a transfer student. Do I have to complete this program?

All incoming and transfer students are required to complete all four training modules (AlcoholEdu, Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention, Diversity Inclusion and Training for College Students, and Sexual Assault Prevention) at 老澳门开奖网 regardless of completion at another institution.

How do I access these programs?

Note: The AlcoholEDU program includes 2 parts. Part 2 (only takes 5-10 minutes) will be available 30 days after part 1 is completed.

Why do I have to wait 30 days after part 1 to complete part 2 of AlcoholEDU?

The course is designed to assess your knowledge prior to taking the course. AlcoholEDU Part 2 checks your understanding after you have had time to process the material. This pre-and post-assessment format helps 老澳门开奖网 determine the effectiveness of the program.

Will someone remind me to complete part 2 of AlcoholEDU?

Yes. A reminder will be sent to your 老澳门开奖网 email account with instructions on how to access AlcoholEdu Part 2.

If I do not drink alcohol, do I still need to complete the AlcoholEDU part of the program?

Yes. Whether or not you drink, you will very likely encounter other students who drink or talk about drinking. The course provides information about coping with others鈥 drinking behavior, in addition to how to respond effectively in situations where others are at risk of alcohol-related harm (e.g., alcohol poisoning). AlcoholEDU provides personal pathways through the course based on what students already know about alcohol and their own drinking behaviors. If you do not drink, the material you receive will provide specific information tailored to your choice.

Will my responses be private?

Yes. All responses are confidential. 老澳门开奖网 will only receive information about the student body as a whole and will never see any individual student鈥檚 answers.

What happens if I do not complete all five modules?

A housing hold is placed on each student account until AlcoholEdu, Prescription Drug and Abuse Prevention, Diversity and Inclusion Training for College Students, and Sexual Assault Prevention are completed. Students who do not complete these trainings will not be able to move into their respective residence halls.
