Finding housing off-campus can be an exciting and daunting experience. Your best resource is to visit the ! Students are able to create a free account and view the many listings on the site. This is a great place to find what housing is available to students in the area. Students can also communicate with property listers, potential roommates, and even add their own listing for free! If you have any questions about off-campus housing, you can always email us at offcampus@loyola.edu or call (410)-617-2918. There are a myriad of things for you to consider when choosing housing off-campus: Are utilities included? How much parking is available? What will the rent be? Although the Office of Student Conduct is providing off-campus housing information as a courtesy service to students, ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø is not responsible for the safety and security of the housing listings posted on the website. As a ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø student, we urge you to be diligent in inspecting any of these (and other) off-campus residences and to talk with your landlord about the terms of your lease agreement. In particular, we urge you to pay close attention to safety items such as security systems, fire and smoke alarms, and points of entry/exit. We strongly discourage you from living in a place that violates city zoning regulations. And remember that undergraduate students must abide by the North Baltimore Neighborhood Coalition Agreement. As always, we hope that your parents are involved in your decision making regarding your choice to live off-campus and that you contact ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø should you have any questions or concerns. And remember, once you sign a lease, your agreement is binding.
